Core Responsibility: Because of the economically detrimental nature and specialized technical requirements of Sales Operations. It is important that every individual in the organization receive thorough schooling in the work they have to perform. For all those having to do with planning, servicing, and leading, training starts with the indoctrination of the Sales Ecosystem during Orientation. Which includes instruction in the fundamentals of selling and consultative selling techniques. You will aid in the coordination and support of these functions. Your duties are scheduling and overseeing all training programs and key identifying training needs. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring new employees receive proper training to meet their responsibilities successfully.

You must understand the company’s objectives and suggest ideas to achieve them through sales training. You must combine excellent organization skills with an ability to interact with your team members and motivate them to succeed. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our sales team is fully educated to perform at a high level and increase customer satisfaction. It is the responsibility of the Sales Training Specialist to oversee the execution and implantation of these objectives during the onboarding process.

  • Report on training program effectiveness to the District Ops Manager
  • Enhanced the sales onboarding session by designing quality sales training programs within budget limitations. Oversee training material development and suggest improvements. 
  • Schedule individual and team training plans on a regular basis
  • Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs
  • Choose the most appropriate training method per case (e.g. on-the-job training, seminars, and simulations)
  • Evaluate sales team performance to ensure incorporation of taught techniques
  • Create an open-communication climate and gather team members’ preferences for potential training
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training record
  • Stay up-to-date with frontline partner development trends

  • Static Strength — The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/sit for long periods at a time. Possess manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to travel to other areas of operations as needed.
