Core Responsibility: You will provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries. Using your knowledge of sales, customer service skills, interpretation of sales metrics, and goal-oriented attitude. You contribute greatly to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations. You are responsible for conducting the onboarding process of new clients and relaying pertinent information to the sales project specialist.

  • Prepare and submit reports to the Client Success Ambassador.
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
  • Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for client orders, account status, and relevant problems.
  • Provide effective solutions to help clients implement services and communicate with the Sales Project Specialist on planning projects effectively.
  • Collect all the data needed for project fulfillment. 
  • Liaise with the Portfolio Relationship Ambassador to enhance specific sales strategies.
  • Liaise with the Sales Project Specialist to ensure all pertinent information is accurate and updated
  • Liaise with Client Success Consultant to gather all necessary information to begin the project for clients.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems
  • Provide data and guides to help the sales team
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
  • Keep a record of sales trends
  • Liaise with Portfolio Relationship Ambassadors to develop specific sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure the sales team is on board
  • Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
  • Suggest sales process improvements

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/sit for long periods at a time. Possess manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to travel to other areas of operations as needed.
