Core Responsibility: Coordinate agents and processes to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. Be the go-to person for everything involving the project’s organization and timeline. Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.

  • Prepare reports on project fulfillment and submit Bi-Weekly to the Sales Operations Manager.
  • Ensure that all projects are executed profitably and in compliance with standardized business practices. 
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
  • Manage the digital/physical assembly line by coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals 
  • Collaborate with Sales Support Agents to gather detailed and pertinent information to develop appropriate timelines for projects to fulfill client needs.
  • Ensure all collected data is packaged and delivered to External Employees to ensure project fulfillment (i.e Documentation Template). 
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
    • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/sit for long periods at a time. Possess manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to travel to other areas of operations as needed.
