Core Responsibility: Ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. You are responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues. You must be detail-oriented and analytical, with eyes like a hawk. You must be reliable and competent because your approval will be necessary for the continuation of the business life cycle. The goal is to assure the highest quality of our operations and services aiming at the long-term success of our business.

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales service.
  • Fulfill The Odabi Quality Assurance Promise
    • Quarterly Service Call to check on current needs, products or services that were sold, and the client/customer’s current level of happiness with the product or service.
  • Communicate with clients quarterly to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation (Prevent buyer’s remorse at all cost)
  • Review Sale Support resolved orders 
  • Analyze Sales Support transactions for Quality & Assurance checks 
  • Review quality of deliverables/assets from third-party vendors and update the “All External Employees” document with a quality rating (1= 20% – 5=100%). 
  • Determine if working with our company is a seamless and enjoyable process, or are they buying from us begrudgingly due to a lack of options? 
  • Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues
  • Monitor all operations that affect the quality
  • Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians, and other staff
  • Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
  • Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied
  • Report all malfunctions to Sales Project Specialist to ensure immediate action
  • Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
  • Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation

Important Tasks:

  • Task: Quality Assurance Check –  Annual Service Call to check in on satisfaction of the product/service purchased. Customers work with lots of vendors, and they can provide unique insight into how our company stacks up against others in terms of management. 

Sorting Feedback 

  • Qualitative Feedback – Seek objective feedback from clients and customers. 
  • Quantitative Feedback – Look at quantitative metrics weekly, to find which types of clients & customers are engaged with which features.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/sit for long periods at a time. Possess manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to travel to other areas of operations as needed.
