Core Responsibility: Oversee all Sales cadres, budgets, and operations of business units operating in local theaters. Formulate the overall theater strategies and tactical execution, managing people and establishing policies. Helping cadre members develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise. The source of motivation for the Business Development Executives & Clients Success Consultant’s compensation should not directly correlate to signed contracts. Motivate your teams to not just close any contracts, but the right contracts. Balance the number of signed clients with the strength and commitment level of that client. Then, teach your sales team to work closely with your Sales Project Specialist by providing information that they are in a unique position to gather- feedback on problems, competitors, market trends, customer satisfaction, and value propositions.

  • Prepare and submit reports to the District Ops Manager on client needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations Managers and District Ops Manager on:
    • Average deal size
    • Lead-to-Close time
    • Customer Acquisition Cost
    • Individual Sales Rep Performance
    • Revenue by Customer
    • Average Number of Activities by Sales Rep
    • Closed Won / Closed Lost Ratio & Reason
    • Overall Program for Odabi Sales Operations Activities
  • Prepare and submit churn reports to the Sales Operations Manager.
    • Communicate important feedback from clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Client Success Consultants and Business Development Executives) to address clients’ needs.
  • Monitor performance of sales reps for coaching
  • Monitor team performance and give guidance when needed
  • Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs and report feedback to Sales Enablement Coach
  • Evaluate sales team performance to ensure incorporation of learned techniques
  • Be accountable for all sales activities within the team (see: Tedx Extreme Ownership)
  • Supervise Client Success Consultants and Business Development Executives to ensure sales targets are met by monitoring sales performance metrics.
  • Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services/products, using the Customer-Care Close.
  • Lead and collaborate with Business Development Executives, Client Success Consultants, and Portfolio Relationship Ambassadors to create customized sales plans for key clients.
  • Get feedback and suggest ways to increase client engagement
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
  • Ensure sales team is up-to-date with business targets
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Follow and achieve sales goals within their zone on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/sit for long periods at a time. Possess manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to travel to other areas of operations as needed.
