Core Responsibility: Your role is to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients. To be successful in this role, you develop leads from marketing campaigns to meet sales quotas. Use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from the first contact until you close the deal. Ultimately, your objective is to boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

  • Prepare and submit reports to the Client Success Ambassador.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities and
  • study competition to find new ways to attain clients.
  • Perform research and identify new potential clients and new market opportunities, contact potential clients through cold calls and emails. Analyzing the market potential and track sales.
  • Set appointments or calls for qualified opportunities to the appropriate Client Success Consultant for further development and closure.
  • Present our company to potential clients, accurately describing product/services features and benefits.
  • Advise Client Success Consultants on creating profitable processes before approaching pre-qualified leads.
  • Gather information on potential clients (e.g. company size, needs, and pricing plans).
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media.
  • Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Report to the Client Success Ambassador on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Stay up-to-date with new product/service offer and new pricing/payment plans

  • Extent Flexibility — The ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs.
  • Near Vision — The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
  • Static Strength — The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/sit for long periods at a time. Possess manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to travel to other areas of operations as needed.
